By using levelerpro.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. There is no account to close, so you can stop using it at any time simply by closing the page.

What the service is

LevelerPro is a free browser-based spirit level. It reads the orientation sensor in your device and displays the result as bubble vials and numeric readouts. It is provided at no charge, with no account, and with no guarantee of continued availability.

It is a measuring aid. It is not a certified, calibrated, or traceable instrument, and it carries no accreditation of any kind.

Accuracy and suitable use

Readings depend entirely on hardware we do not control. A phone accelerometer typically resolves tilt to about a tenth of a degree but ships with a fixed bias, drifts with temperature, and picks up vibration. After calibration you should expect roughly 0.2 to 0.5 degrees of real-world accuracy. A protective case, a curved surface, or dust under the device will make it worse.

That is fine for hanging a shelf, setting an appliance, or checking a fence rail. Do not rely on this tool where a wrong reading could cause injury, structural failure, or financial loss. In particular, do not use it as the sole measurement for:

• structural, load-bearing, or foundation work
• machine setup, alignment, or calibration
• work that must satisfy a building code, standard, or inspection
• medical, aviation, marine, or vehicle applications
• anything specified in arc-minutes or tighter

For that work, use a calibrated instrument appropriate to the task and, where required, a qualified professional. You are responsible for deciding whether a reading is good enough for what you are doing.

No warranty

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with your device, or fit for any particular purpose, and we make no promise about the accuracy of any reading it produces.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on any reading it displays. That includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential loss, loss of profit, wasted materials, and the cost of remedial work.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, overload it with automated traffic, or misrepresent it as your own service or as a certified instrument. You are welcome to link to it, and to use its readings in your own work.

Intellectual property

The design, text, and code of this site belong to its operator, apart from third-party components used under their own licences, such as the Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces. Measurements you take are yours, and we claim nothing over them. Please do not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own product.

Availability and changes

We may change, move, or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. This does not affect statutory rights you have as a consumer in your own country of residence.
