LevelerPro is a small project, so messages reach a person rather than a queue. Email is the only channel, and we usually reply within a few working days.
There is no contact form on this page. The site is static and has no server to receive one, which is also why it can promise that nothing you do here is logged. The link above opens your own mail app.
What to include
A level is only as good as the sensor under it, so context is everything when something looks off. Whichever reason brings you here, a few specifics turn a vague report into something we can act on.
- A reading looks wrong
- The most useful reports include your device model, the browser and version, which axis is affected, and what a real spirit level says on the same surface. If the bubble moves the wrong way, try the Invert Axes setting first and tell us whether it fixed it.
- Something is broken
- Tell us the page you were on, what you tapped, and what happened instead. A screenshot usually saves several rounds of questions. If the tool never showed a live reading, mention whether your browser asked for motion permission at all.
- A feature request
- Requests that come with the job you are trying to do are far more persuasive than a bare feature name. Tell us what you are levelling and where the current tool slows you down.
- Anything else
- Questions about accuracy, calibration, or whether this tool suits a particular task are all welcome. So is a note telling us it saved you a trip to fetch a spirit level.
Before you write
Two pages answer most of what arrives in the inbox. Thelevelling guide covers how to read a vial, how to calibrate against a reference surface, and which vial to use for a given job. Thefrequently asked questions cover phone accuracy, why a bubble drifts while the device sits still, and why laptops show no live reading.
If your question is about data, the privacy policy is short and specific: nothing you measure leaves your device.
